Moreover, the interaction between being in nature and being physically active will have even greater positive effects on wellbeing compared to physical activity in an indoor environment.


Talking about getting fit, outdoors and nature, water sports are a great choice to make the body’s muscles work and get in shape while having fun while enjoying the beach and the sea. The physical exercise involved with most water sports like rowing, paddle boarding or surfing is a complete one that will allow you to strengthen the muscles of the abdominals, arms and legs, improve fatigue resistance, balance and agility.
